Academy — Live

If you are not 100% satisfied with the Live Academy on the first day by the time we break for lunch, just turn in the materials you have collected, including your notes, to one of the Center for Tax, Strategies and Resources (“The CTSR”) Team Members and let us know to process a refund.

CTSR will provide a refund of registration investment, less an administrative processing fee of $50, for any cancellations received four (4) weeks prior to the start date of the Live Academy. Cancellations should be directed to thecenterteam@yourctsr.com and telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of their email from CTSR prior to the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed, at the latest, 1-2 weeks after the event to the original form of payment or by check if the original payment was made over 30 days prior to cancellation. After the cutoff date, there will be no refunds for registrations canceled whatsoever.

If any circumstances or event beyond the control of CTSR makes it impracticable or impossible to hold the Live Academy and causes the event to be canceled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered, CTSR agrees to apply the balance of the registration investment towards the next Academy (Live or Virtual) or refund the Academy Investment in full. 

We do attempt to record all Live Academy presentations and make the recordings available for review [seven (7) calendar days for non-members and as long as the member remains in good standing with The CTSR or a minimum of seven (7) calendar days, whichever is greater].

Note, not all portions of the Live Academies may be recorded due to technical difficulties, or a speaker may not allow us the rights to record their presentations. The CTSR will attempt to notify you in the event his occurs but does not guarantee. 

Academy — Virtual

The Center for Tax, Strategies and Resources (“The CTSR”) will provide a refund of registration investment, less an administrative processing fee of $50, for any cancellations received two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the Virtual Academy. Cancellations should be directed to thecenterteam@yourctsr.com and telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of their email from CTSR prior to the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed, at the latest, 1-2 weeks after the event to the original form of payment or by check if the original payment was made over 30 days prior to cancellation. If you register for our Virtual Academy and do not attend, we would be happy to: (a) provide you with a link to be able to watch the recorded portions of the Academy for a one week period upon the recordings being edited or (b) apply 100% of your registration investment towards attending the next Academy.

Membership

If you are not 100% satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund of the original purchase price, less at 15% processing fee, within 14 calendar days from the date you signed the Membership Application Form. No refunds will be given after the 14 calendar days.

Webinars

If you registered and paid for one of our webinars and are unable to attend, we will either refund your webinar registration investment or provide you with link for an encore version of the webinar to be watched within one week at the discretion of the CTSR. Any refunds will be subjected to at 25% processing fee. Once you begin watching the webinar, no refunds (partial or full) will be issued.

Refund Requests

All refund requests to the Center for Tax, Strategies and Resources (“The CTSR”) must be submitted in writing (thecenterteam@yourctsr.com) and approved by The CTSR. Refunds will be returned to your credit card, if available to the CTSR at the time, or via check within 1-2 weeks from the close of the event/service.
