INVITATION TO HOST

ADVANCED CASE STUDY ROUNDTABLES

Beginning in May, CTSR members (who have completed prerequisites) will have the opportunity to host Advanced Case Study Roundtables with their Centers of Influence (COI’s) in their own office (or chosen location) on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

FORMAT OVERVIEW

• • • Members who have met prerequisites can sign up to host monthly sessions; may register two months ahead starting at the end of each roundtable
    • Host invites COIs to their office for a collaborative case study roundtable discussion
    • Host to send out case facts (provided by CTSR/SCI) the night before to their COIs who registered
    • Host will open the meeting using provided speakers notes (cheat sheet with discussion points) about the case
    • Host will facilitate design ideas with their “team” for about 30 mins
    • Each hosted team will then join the Zoom meeting with Simon Singer and Joe Strazzeri, four teams, selected at random, will share their ideas

DATES & TIMES

• 2nd Wednesday of each month in 2023
   (May 10, June 14, July 12, Aug 9, Sept 13, Oct 11, Nov 8)
• 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Pacific (5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Eastern)

Sample timeline:
2:00 pm – 2:30 pm     Networking
2:30 pm – 3:00 pm     Host holds case study discussion and collaborates with the team for strategic ideas
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm     Hosts, with the COI team, will join the Zoom meeting. Simon and Joe will ask different groups for
                                      their strategies and provide feedback. Then Simon and Joe will share the actual case design/
                                      results and how it benefited everyone (client, attorney, CPA, and advisor).
4:00 pm – 4:20 PM      Host reviews with their team and wraps up

MEMBER/HOST PREREQUISITES

• • • Up to 10 members participate each month
    • Must have either attended the 2-day Getting Outside Your Box program or a 2-hour Zoom training (Contact us to find out the next training dates)
    • May only host 3 monthly roundtables without attending the 2-day GOYB program.
    • Must be members of CTSR in good standing
    • Insurance sales generated, directly or indirectly, must be written through and compensation agreed upon by Simon Singer and related entities.
