The Center for Tax, Strategies & Resources, LLC (“CTSR”), is concern for the health and well being of all members, guests, faculty, and staff. The CTSR will be following all protocols for the location(s) where the Academy is being held. Our goal is to keep everyone safe and healthy. We should be emailing you with an update the week before the event of the current protocols for the Academy, but subject to change at any time.

Disclaimer and Standard Terms

I acknowledge and agree by registering for this Academy and checking the I agree button on the registration page, I am agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in relation to COVID-19 (and other Variants). Furthermore, you are acknowledging that interaction with the general public poses a risk of being exposed to COVID-19 (and other Variants) and you will undertake measures that consists with the Center for Disease and Control and local guidelines to protect your own health and well-being and those of others in attendance at the Enhanced Strategies Academy (“Academy”).

Additionally, by attending this Academy, you and all guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 (and other Variants) and agree to forever release and waive your right to bring a suit against The Center for Tax, Strategies and Resources, LLC and the locations of associated with the Academy or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers for any illness or injury in connection with you attending the Academy, including but not limited to claims of negligence.

If I do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are free not to attend the CTSR’s Academy.
